    Description

    Up for auction is a large damask linen napkin used in the Garden City Hotel in, of course, Garden City Long Island New York.
    The napkin has a elaborate center design of a circle surrounded by a garland of ribbons and leaves.  In one corner "Hotel Garden City" is embroidered with green thread.
